  • Recommended use
    Take 1-2 shots 2.5-3 hours before training. Well-trained athletes also do well to take 1-2 nitrate shots per day for 3-7 days prior to the event to load up on nitrate. Shake before use. Maximum of 2 shots per day. Avoid the use of antibacterial mouthwash or chewing gum during the entire period of ingestion, also it is not recommended to brush your teeth immediately after ingestion so as not to hinder the effect.
