    Take 1-3 tablets with plenty of water 30-60 minutes before exercise. General recommendation is to take 3-6 mg of caffeine per body weight.
    Warnings: Contains high levels of caffeine (100 mg caffeine/per tablet), do not exceed the maximum daily dosage. Not recommended for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
